Dalian Insulator Group Co., Ltd. wins ＂Manufacturing Single Champion Demonstration Enterprise＂ again
The meeting for experience exchange of manufacturing single champion 2019 was held in Beijing on December 25, 2019, and the leaders of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China and the China Federation of Industrial Economics attended the meeting and made a speech respectively. At the meeting, the spirit of decision made by the Party Central Committee and the State Council on cultivation of manufacturing single champion and promotion of enterprise's specialized capability and level was implemented, the cultivation and promotion of manufacturing single champion were summarized, and the certificates for the fourth batch and the first reviewed batch of manufacturing single champion were issued. Our company won the title of the first batch of manufacturing single champion of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2016, and passed the reassessment this year.

Manufacturing single champion enterprise is the cornerstone of manufacturing innovation and development. Our company has provided tens of millions of high-quality insulators for transmission and transformation projects in China, all of which run safely on each transmission and transformation line. Especially since the construction of the first line of the national UHV demonstration project, our company has become a key enterprise for the production of supporting insulators for the national UHV project. For years, our company has always adhered to the management idea that "technology leads development", built a provincial enterprise technology center, and formed a virtuous circle of "one batch in production，one batch in storage, one batch in development and one batch in conception". After decades of diligent exploration and innovation, the research and development team of our company has achieved fruitful results: the "Ultra-HVDC Major Complete Sets of Technology and Equipment Development and Industrialization" project that the company participated in is awarded the first prize of national scientific and technological progress; the "1000kV AC Transmission and Transformation Key Technology Research, Equipment Development and Engineering Application" project that the company participated in is awarded the grand prize of China machinery industry science and technology award; the "±800kV UHV DC Transmission Key Complete Technology and Equipment Development and Industrialization" project that the company participated in is awarded the grand prize of China machinery industry science and technology award; and the "UHV AC Transmission Key Technology, Complete Equipment and Engineering Application" and "±800kV UHV DC Transmission" projects that the company participated in are awarded the grant prize of national award for science and technology progress issued by the State Council three times successively. With these leading technical superiorities and prominent management capabilities, our company takes on the supply task of multiple nation's first major transmission and transformation projects such as "Jinping-Sunan ±800kV UHV DC Transmission Project" and “Changji-Guquan world's first ±1100kV UHV DC Transmission Line Project". The products of our company are widely used in domestic and foreign major transmission and transformation line projects, and make positive contributions to the development of UHV products. The success of this reassessment is a high recognition of our company.
